Properly professional MOT

Generally really good professional service but one junior staff member was very rude and I even suggested that he should be fired. MANAGER very conscientious but my visit was spoilt by this one junior member of staff who was rude and insulting. I will not use them again unless that staff member has gone.
Not so good on the time keeping
My appointment was booked for an 11:30 MOT; at 12:45 my car was eventually taken into the garage. So a 30 minute appointment turned into a 2 hour appointment. Good job I wasn’t in a hurry.

I went for MOT and I had arranged to change a gaiter, but they told me it’s a minor issue and it doesn't really need immediate fixing so we left it for next year. Can't complain! MOT in time and as expected.

Great staff! I left my car on the forecourt the night before my MOT and posted the key through the letterbox before I realised I had forgotten to lock the car. I called their other garage and they kindly sent someone over to open up and get my keys and lock my car!!

Booked in for MOT and service - availability was good. Unfortunately car failed on a number of items which meant the overall bill went up considerably. However they managed to complete all the repairs incredibly quickly - which allowed me to still pick up the car the same afternoon which was really good.

The guys are friendly and the service is fast. I am used to garages wanting the car for the whole day and telling me they might not get any replacement parts until later. I booked in for MOT and Full Service at 8. They phoned before 9 to tell me what failed MOT and new parts needed and said it would be done by 11. They didn't phone to say it had been finished, but it was.

Costs of work needed for MOT were discussed and agreed. Friendly treatment from the start and the car was even returned to my address. Notification of tires state was useful for future action.

Brilliant service, even when the system went funky and didn't seem to have information on my MOT I booked, they still fit me into the day.

Guys were very helpful considering parking is a nightmare, MOT completed. Felt they were somewhat picky regarding tyres having slight cracking.

Everyone working at Best Service was friendly and helpful. They advised due to a flood earlier they were running an hour behind.
They were spot on, my car's MOT was started exactly one hour later than originally booked for.
They also spotted the source of the knocking noise I was experiencing and resolved it in around two minutes without any parts required (a bolt and nut were loose).
